Dr. Miranda Grey works as psychiatrist in the mental institution trying to deal with criminally insane patients. After the sessions for the day she says goodbye to her husband, who is also her superior in the hospital, and heads to a swimming pool. When she finally leaves for home teh storm is setting over the area and Miranda is stopped by the police. Sheriff Ryan informs her that the road is closed and she has to take a detour. Miranda crosses an old bridge when suddenly girl appeares in the middle of the road just before her car. She managed to avoid the girl, but hit the tree on the roadside. Next thing she sees is one of the cells back in the insitution and Miranda is locked up as patient suspected for killing her husband. She can’t remember anything that happened after crossing the bridge and she begins to suspect that someone is trying to frame her into the murder.

Interesting thriller with beautiful Halle Berry as psychiatrist locked among her own patients and suspected of killing her husband that she loved very much. She is trying to understand what happened and who can she trust. Good cast, plot intriguing until the end, but unfortunately great beginning turned into rather mediocre middle part of the movie, which made the overall impression just average.
