When we talk about UFO we often forget that UFO stands for Unidentified Flying Object, which not necessarily means that that those objects have to be made by human or aliens - they just are some sort of objects that travel through air and we cannot name them. And that is all that there is in UFO - the alien abductions, meetings with aliens, flying saucers in Area 51 - they all are stories that derived from the unidentified flying objects.
