Malfunction conspiracy

The plane that crashed was made and serviced in Russia, so there was a theory that Russian has left the special bug in the plane system that allowed them to crash the plane whenever they wanted to.

Facts that are supporting the theory:

• the plane was in Russia on periodic service some time before the crash.
  

Facts that oppose the theory:

• it wasn’t the first flight after the service in Russia,
  
• while in service, the plane was serviced by Polish military mechanics, who would spot the change,
  
• nothing in the black box recording would suggest any failure,
  
• nothing in audio recordings from the cockpit would suggest that pilots had any problems with the plane.
