The Lone Detective 2017 Polish mystery drama review

The Lone Detective is a browser-based online detective game, in which you can solve fake crime cases (although some of them are inspired by true crime stories). Each case file contains police reports, evidence and other materials that could help you pin-point the killer. Sometimes the truth is hidden in the material evidence, sometimes in the testimonies of the people involved, but each time you will also have to fill the gaps that are left within the evidence.

Each case is slightly different, some of them are cold cases, where you have all the evidence already gathered, all is left to do is find the detail that would tell you who the killer was. In other cases you will have to uncover the evidence that are still hidden somewhere in the archives or lab tests.

Third kind of cases are the mini cases (or short cases), which are more of a brain-teasers, where you have short summary of the case, the suspects list and explanation how they are connected to the crime, but the evidence are really scarce and it is all down to you to work out which ones are the red herrings and which ones will eliminate the innocent people from your suspicion.
