Dyatlov Pass incident puzzling mystery

UFO attack

Since all the logical explanations failed the theory of UFO attack have started.

Facts that are supporting the theory:

• this would explain why they were running away from the tent in panic, but it doesn’t explain why would they cut the tent from within,
  
• the group of witnesses allegedly saw from distance of few miles strange lights over the pass during that night,
  
• strange injuries of the Dubinina, Zolotarev and Thibeaux-Brignolles,
  
• unexplained radioactive contamination.
  

Facts that oppose the theory:

• the injuries of three people were strange, but the cause of death of the others was natural,
  
• if they were attacked by some unknown object or objects in the camp that would explain why they didn’t return for their shoes and belongings, but if so why wouldn’t they run away from the danger instead of trying to start the fire near the camp?
  
• if the people away from camp were killed by UFO why people closer to the camp were left unharmed?
  
• if the people closer to the camp knew that their colleagues were killed away from camp why would they stay close to the camp?
  

Can you solve a mystery like this one?

Dyatlov Pass incident comments

There is not much to solve, hypothermia explains most of the behaviour of the victims - they stripped off their clothes due to extreme cold.
