Cathy Davis is a typical housewife with a typical family living in a typical suburban house. Her life is rather quiet and simple - she takes care of her two teenage children and supports her husband, who is running his own construction company. She makes shopping to prepare a dinner for the family, and the most exciting part of the day is when she is writing puzzles for the magazines. But there is another layer in her life - from time to time she is called by her former employer, the Central Security Agency, to help them in solving the mysteries they stumbled upon during their investigations. In the first episode, an important software developer, with a Pentagon-linked contract, vanished while being transported on a private jet. The first theory is that he parachuted somewhere over the desert, but they found no sign of him anywhere down the flight path, so Cathy is brought down to help them find what exactly happened.

Hallmark series of mystery movies, which (just like other Hallmark productions) was aimed to be the part of their family entertainment policy. And that had a huge influence on the outcome of the project - it is a mixture of mild crime stories in a style similar to f.e. Jonathan Creek, some challenging mysteries, but made with a limited budget and without much effort put into the action scenes. Overall, the mystery part was interesting and quite entertaining, but since it was made for a family-oriented channel, the depth was lacking and the plots had to be done in a light-hearted manner. Despite having an interesting cast and plots, the series wasn’t a great success.
