Small mining town of Cold Rock is a sad place to live. Especially when the children begun to disappear in thin air. The legend of The Tall Man, who is taking the children in the middle of the night is still alive among the residents. Local nurse, whose husband died years earlier, gets involved in the case of missing children when small boy that was under her care is kidnapped.
Film uses the dense atmosphere of small town that is completely helpless when the children are kidnapped. Interesting plot and good cast keeps the film on a decent level.
