In 1946 small town of Texarkana is terrorized by attacks of the masked killer. Local police is trying to solve the case, but finally they agree for outside help and get experienced officer to run the investigation.
Film based on Texarkana Moonlight Murders film presents mixture of real events and legends around the case. The script was ok for such budget production, but parts of the film resemble primitive comedies and could have been ommited from final version.
