Disappearance of Flight MH 370

More debris found

From February 2016 to November of that year there were several debris found in different parts of coasts in south-east Africa (Mozambique, South Africa, Tanzania, Madagascar), most of which are believed to be parts of the MH 370, which would confirm that the flight in fact ended somewhere in the southern Indian Ocean.

One of those elements was with certainty confirmed as part of MH 370 via serial numbers retrieved using a borescope. While this could cut short some of the theories surrounding MH 370, the biggest question still remains open. If MH 370 ended up in Indian Ocean what events lead to that place?

The final Australian Transport Safety Bureau report on fate of MH 370 was published on 3 October 2017, the final report from the Malaysian Ministry of Transport, dated 2 July 2018, was released to the public in Kuala Lumpur on 30 July 2018. This means that there is no longer an ongoing active investigation into the fate of MH 370.
